Bridge L8560 was constructed in 1910 in Phalen Park to carry vehicular traffic over a canal in the "Aquatic Park". Currently the bridge carries pedestrian and bicycle traffic. The bridge is eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. Almost a century old, the bridge requires restoration and rehabilitation. Olson & Nesvold Engineers will be leading a consultant team that will design the rehabilitation of the bridge and maintain its historic significance.
